Berniece (Bea) Alice Coe was born August 4, 1941 to Maynard (Bill) and Mina (Kromrie) Jensen in Rural Casey, IA at the home of her grandparents Frank and Helen Kromrie.

Berniece was the oldest of six kids. She was happy to help out with her younger siblings as she grew. She loved all of her siblings so very very much.

On December 17, 1967 she married the love of her life, De Wayne Coe. Together they built a successful business, Coe's Garage and Towing. They were also blessed with the birth of their daughter Crystal Ann.

Bea worked many jobs over the years. In her teen years she worked at nursing homes in Madrid and Audubon. Later she managed collections for Look magazine in Des Moines, as mentioned was half of Coe's Garage and Towing in Stuart, Phillips 66 in Stuart, and most importantly to her, raised her children. She was a wonderful mother and loved her children deeply. In later years she was a great help to her daughter and Son-in-law with creating another successful business.

She enjoyed reading (she passed that love of reading on to her daughter), watching races, (attending the NASCAR races in Kansas were some of her favorite memories) country music (more wonderful memories of trips to Branson and local dances), and spending time with her family.

Berniece was proceeded in death by her grandparents Jens Jensen, Frank and Helen Kromrie, her parents Maynard (Bill) and Mina Jensen, her brothers Jack Jensen and Frank Jensen, her sister Pauline White, her husband De Wayne Coe, her son-in-law Ronald Benedict, her fur granddaughters Minnie, Daffie, Nexie, and Daney De.
