Debra Ann (Draman) Robinson was born on October 10, 1955 in Greenfield, Iowa to Don and Margaret (Reha) Draman. She grew up in the small township of Howe along with her brother, Duane, and sister, Valerie. Her parents ran the Howe grocery store. Debra enjoyed helping her dad, Don, in the shop and with the farm taking care of all sorts of animals. She also helped her dad mow several local cemeteries. Debra was a 1973 graduate of Greenfield High School. After high school she began working in Des Moines and eventually came to work for Farm Bureau for 30+ years.
In 1989 Jay Don Robinson was born to Debra. Everyone who knew Deb, knows how she loved Jay with every fiber of her being. They shared a love for Star Wars, animals, and pure kindness. Debra was so very accepting of all, without any judgement and she always had a fun cat story and was usually seen donning one of her many colored bandannas.
Debra was preceded in death by her parents, an infant brother and her grandparents.
She is survived by her son, Jay (Shannon) Robinson; brother, Duane (Carolyn) Draman;
Sister, Valerie Tripses (Corey Boone); nephew, Joseph Tripses; nieces: Ashley (Matt) Neels, Ariel (Zach) Dlouhy, and Ayla (Michael) Hefner; and three grandnephews and three grandnieces. She is also survived by many other family members and friends that will miss her dearly.
The love for all creatures is the most noble attribute to man
