They moved to Guthrie Center for a short time before ultimately making their home in Stuart. Kimberly graduated from Stuart-Menlo High School with the class of 1983. Shortly after graduating she was united in marriage to Timothy Joe Wolfe on July 2, 1983 in Stuart. After their marriage they settled in Stuart to make their home. Kimberly worked for Al’s Super Value in Stuart before being employed at Principal Financial Group in Des Moines where she worked for 22 years. The last nine years she spent at Nationwide Insurance Group where she excelled and earned many awards. Kimberly was a member of Grace West Church in West Des Moines, JDRF, initiated Stuart Neighborhood Watch, worked with the Stuart Youth Development Organization which later became the Sarah’s Holiday Caring, taught Sunday School within the church, helped with the Boy Scouts, and was always willing to lend a helping hand with whatever need be within her community. She enjoyed baking, gardening, working out, studying health and natural living, crafting, reading, antiquing, long walks, hanging out in the coffee shops and just relaxing with family and friends. Her husband, her boys, family, friends and her church family were the center of Kimberly’s world. She enjoyed serving the Lord Jesus in whom she put her hope and trust.
She is preceded in death by her father, Tony Kirkpatrick on October 23, 1997; mother-in-law Norma Jean Wolfe and her grandparents.
